Frequently Asked Questions (Storage Units)

Do I need a concrete or cement slab?

No. A concrete slab is not required. As long as the ground is level and stable, the unit can be placed directly on gravel, grass, dirt, or similar surfaces.
Each unit includes a free set of foundation pads to help with leveling. If needed, additional pads can be purchased from our driver at delivery.

How is delivery handled?

Units are delivered flat-packed for efficient and cost-effective shipping.
Delivery is made using a 40-ft flatbed trailer with an attached lorry crane. Our team delivers and professionally assembles the unit on site. If your backyard or gate access is narrower than 8.5 ft, the unit can still be installed—it will be moved in and assembled piece by piece inside the space.

🎄 Holiday Promotion: Delivery and setup are FREE during the holiday season.(ALASKA and Hawaii not included, for these locations shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout)
Outside promotional periods, delivery is not included unless stated otherwise.
